The Biochemistry Biotechnology Facility (BBF) is a biotechnology service laboratory. Services provided include DNA sequencing, mass spectrometry, peptide synthesis, 2-D electrophoresis, recombinant protein purification, HPLC, macromolecular interaction analysis (SPR), and quantitative PCR.
