The Center for International and Comparative Law at the School of Law in Indianapolis has three missions: 1) to conduct research in a comparative and interdisciplinary manner of international legal systems (UN, WTO, NAFTA, EU Law, etc.), as well as foreign legal systems, in order to determine how law and institutions can be developed and reformed to better meet the goals of efficiency and justice; 2) to enhance the curriculum and teaching of international and comparative law at the law school and the university as a whole, including both the J.D. and post-graduate level; 3) to reach out into the local, national and international community with activities ranging from scientific publications to conferences and seminars.
