The Indiana Consortium for Mental Health Services Research (ICMHSR) is an interdisciplinary program bringing together academic researchers from universities across Indiana with government leaders, consumers, and advocates to discuss and to study the interface of the community and the treatment system. The program focuses on developing high quality scholarly and applied research projects on mental health and related services for people with severe mental disorders. A major commitment of the ICMHSR is to use research to foster public awareness and improve public policy and decision-making regarding these devastating illnesses.
