How to Report Concerns About Animal Use

There are a number of options available if you have questions or concerns about deficiencies in animal care or treatment.

2. Make a report through the IU Anonymous Reporting Hotline:

• Go to www.indiana.edu/~iuaudit
• click on on “Anonymous Reporting Hotline.” 

Through this service, you may choose to make reports anonymously.  More information about the process can be found on the website.

3. Contact the IU Anonymous Reporting Hotline by calling

Animal Welfare Act §2.32(c)(4)

"No facility employee, Committee member, or laboratory personnel shall be discriminated against or be subject to any reprisal for reporting violations of any regulation or standards under the Act."
